SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The goods are delivered throughout Europe as well as outside Europe.

We ship CO2-neutral with DHL GOGREEN.

SHIPPING COSTS (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within the EU:

4,9 € - 6 €

Deliveries outside the EU:

The customer has to pay the customs duties & import tax himself, depending on the value of the goods.

Non-EU:

Switzerland: 10 CHF

United Kingdom: 5 GBP

DELIVERY DEADLINES

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
