Right of withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter or email. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not required.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our withdrawal feature on the “Withdraw from Contract” page. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium—for example, by email—containing information about the content of your withdrawal notice, as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Returns
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
