Accessibility information

1. Description of the applicable accessibility requirements

LADUTI endeavours to meet the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the applicable national implementing provisions, and to continuously improve the accessibility of its digital services.

2. Description of the service

Our website enables consumers to search for cosmetic and personal care products, view product information, select items and conclude purchase contracts via an electronic ordering and payment process. The service includes, in particular, navigation, product search, filter and sorting functions, product pages, basket, customer account, ordering process and payment processing. It can be used on desktop and mobile devices.

3. Accessibility measures

In its development work, LADUTI is guided by the requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. This accessibility information is reviewed regularly and updated in the event of technical or legal changes.

In designing and further developing the website, the following measures in particular are taken into account and continuously reviewed:

  • Contrast: sufficient colour contrast is taken into account in the design.
  • Text alternatives: images, icons and interactive elements have meaningful alternative texts.
  • Scalability: text can be enlarged without restricting essential functions.
  • Keyboard operability: all essential functions can, as a rule, also be operated using the keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus: visible focus indicators are used for keyboard operation.
  • Simple navigation: the navigation is structured consistently and is easy to understand.
  • No sensory overload: no content is used that could trigger seizures through strong flashing.
  • Structured content: headings, lists and regions are marked up in a semantically correct way.
  • Compatibility with assistive technology: the site is compatible with common screen readers and other assistive technologies.
